Q: What standard EV charger does my market need?
A: Europe, Australia, Middle East, and most of Africa use Type 2 (AC) and CCS2 (DC). North America and Korea use Type 1 (AC) and CCS1 (DC). China uses GB/T. Tesla vehicles now use NACS in North America. We supply all standards — tell us your target market and we’ll recommend the right product. For mixed-standard markets (like parts of Africa and South America), we can supply dual-standard solutions.
Q: What certifications do I need to import EV chargers into my country?
A: EU/UK requires CE/UKCA marking. North America requires ETL or UL certification. Australia needs SAA/RCM. Our products carry all major certifications. We provide full certification documentation with every shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance. If your country has additional requirements, let us know and we can work with the factory to obtain them.
Q: Can I get my own brand on the charging cables and guns?
A: Yes. OEM and neutral packaging are core parts of our service. The factory can laser-engrave your logo on charging gun shells, print your brand on cables, and package products with your branding. MOQ for branded orders varies by product. Contact us with your requirements for a detailed quotation.
Q: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For standard-spec products, trial orders of 10–50 units are often possible. For custom cable lengths, colors, or OEM-branded products, MOQ is typically higher. We can also combine different products in one shipment to help you meet MOQ requirements across categories. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll find the most flexible solution.
Q: Do you offer DDP shipping for EV chargers?
A: Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping to most countries. This includes export customs, ocean freight, import duties and taxes, and last-mile delivery. You receive the goods at your warehouse with no surprise fees. Transit time varies by destination — contact us for a DDP shipping estimate to your country.
