Our Factory Audit Process

Every supplier in our network passes through five verification stages:

  1. Document Verification — Business license, certifications, export history
  2. On-Site Visit — Production floor walkthrough, equipment check, capacity verification
  3. Quality System Review — QC procedures, testing equipment, sample retention
  4. Reference Check — Speaking with existing export clients about delivery and quality
  5. Trial Order — We test every new supplier with a small order before recommending to clients
